That the Parliament congratulates Glasgow's City Building, its management, staff and trade unions on being "highly commended and recommended as a future model for employing construction workers directly under good trade union conditions, integrating an inclusive manufacturing arm, which provides vocational education and training for young people, while also making significant contributions to providing good quality and energy efficient social housing for people in Glasgow and the surrounding areas, and above all being completely publicly accountable" in a report by Professor Linda Clark of the University of Westminster Business School on behalf of its Centre for the Study of the Production of the Built Environment, and notes that its research included interviewing trade unions and visits to various parts of the business including the Queenslie Training Centre.
